Contact Cohorly

Choose the route that matches your question so the right context reaches the team.

For an account, project, access, billing, or data question, sign in to the Cohorly dashboard and contact the workspace owner. The owner can verify the organization, identify the affected project, and share the minimum information needed to investigate. Do not include project tokens, API keys, authentication headers, or exported user data in a public message.

For an SDK or documentation issue, begin with the Quickstart and the API reference, then compare the request or SDK version with the documented contract. If the behavior still appears incorrect, report a reproducible example through the project repository. Include the SDK name and version, the endpoint or guide URL, the expected result, the observed result, and any non-sensitive request identifier. This lets maintainers investigate without asking for credentials.

Security reports should follow the repository security policy rather than a public issue. The policy describes the responsible reporting path and the information that helps reproduce a problem safely. General product feedback is also welcome through the repository, where it can be connected to the relevant SDK, documentation page, or API behavior.
